Santo LaTores is a dynamic executive with skill and experience in building and leading businesses and programs in both the private and public sectors. He has a successful track record delivering results to clients in many industries including financial services, healthcare, high tech and transportation, and has extensive expertise in strategic planning, business development and marketing, IT management, and organizational development. His consulting and business advisory services company, Riverbend Business Solutions, LLC, assists business owners in creating a vision for their success, and executing strategies that achieve growth, improve operations and increase profitability. Santo has created customized solutions that have helped his clients succeed and thrive in highly competitive environments.
As a goal-oriented high achiever, leader, and strong communicator Santo works tirelessly to build trust and inspire confidence in his clients and team members, align them around a set of shared objectives, and achieve the success that drives value for the customer, continued growth for the business, and rewards for employees. An Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, Santo holds a BS in Economics and Business from Boston College, and a Masters in Public Administration from Northeastern University. He has also taught business strategy and policy at Lesley University, and holds Senior Executive Service certification from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.
About the IIB
The Institute for Independent Business (IIB) is an international accreditation body for senior business executives from every type of business imaginable and is the largest organization of its type in the world. As an Accredited Executive Associate of the IIB Mr. LaTores has access to the associate network of over 4,000 accredited senior executives, all of whom are highly experienced and mature business men and women with senior executive level business experience.

In addition, under the Institute's Business Support Program, as an Accredited Executive Associate of the IIB Mr. LaTores gives a certain amount of time each month to business owners to discuss their business, examine opportunities or concerns the owner may have, and give guidance and advice as may be needed. The great strength of the IIB Business Support Program is in addressing the problem of company directors and owners not having anywhere to turn for independent, unbiased advice, essentially providing the support small and medium size businesses need.
