Riverbend Business Solutions, LLC has created this statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the Web site: http://www.rbs-llc.com

We track IP addresses and host names to associate gathered data with a unique Internet entity. This data is also used to determine if multiple requests are coming from the same host and to perform top-level domain reporting.

We also collect aggregate information on pages that users access or visit and information volunteered by the user, such as page-specific feedback. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site and to provide services to users, and is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.


CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
In addition, Riverbend Business Solutions, LLC maintains the following Confidentiality Agreement for each client:

"This document is a Confidentiality Agreement between the following Parties:

(Client's name and address)

in the first part, hereinafter called the Company, and

Riverbend Business Solutions, LLC

in the second part, hereinafter called Associate.

On the subject of the Company supplying information, business plans, training, handbooks, copies of documents, specifications, drawings, access to consultants/researchers etc. during the course of Associate's involvement, Associate hereby confirms as follows:

That all information whenever disclosed by the Company to Associate shall remain the property of the Company and on the termination of Associate's interest, Associate will on request return all information to the Company and shall at the same time if requested hand over to the Company written confirmation that all documents, specifications, know-how, information handbooks and drawings relating to the information in Associate's possession have been returned to the Company or have been destroyed.

Associate will not use the information for any purpose other than in connection with Associate's involvement with the Company and on its behalf. Associate shall keep all information secret and confidential. Associate shall not without consent of the Company communicate or allow to be communicated any confidential information to anyone, except as otherwise authorized by the Company.

On the termination of Associate's involvement, Associate shall forthwith cease all further use of the information.

Associate confirms acceptance of retention by the Company of all the Company's existing rights and patents."
